Tablao Flamenco La Carmela is located on Calle Victoria, just a few steps from the central Puerta del Sol. The venue, dedicated to flamenco singing and dancing, is set in the former coal cellars of the iconic Taberna La Carmela — now blending traditional cuisine with flamenco under the direction of dancers Juan Andrés Maya and Raquel Martos.
In a cosy setting with vaulted ceilings, Tablao Flamenco La Carmela brings together top-level artists and renowned masters of flamenco voice and guitar. With a cast of nine performers in an unforgettable environment, this one-hour show offers a unique flamenco experience in Madrid.

Flamenco de Leones reinterprets the tradition and essence of the Café Cantante, the origin of today’s tablaos flamencos. Our essence lies in staging popular flamenco shows, where cante, toque and baile are ever-present. A Café Cantante is reborn amidst the bustle of Puerta de Alcalá, where life bursts with alegrías and breaks with bulerías. We reinvent the flamenco experience through gastronomy, music, dance, and art.

TORRES BERMEJAS

In our show “Passion for Flamenco”, presented and directed by our artistic director Juan Carlos Del Pozo, the finest current artists who make up the Torres Bermejas ensemble take us on a journey through the various flamenco styles — from soleá to seguidilla, through alegrías, concluding with bulerías and sevillanas — all accompanied by flamenco guitar and singing.

LAS TABLAS is a young and dynamic flamenco tablao, artist-run. It was founded in December 2003 by dancers Antonia Moya and Marisol Navarro. It is committed to representative, high-quality flamenco, carefully curated and featuring top-tier performers.

LA QUIMERA

We bring to our tablao the very roots of flamenco — the essence of masters, and of forgotten dances and songs. An ancient recipe with two basic ingredients: soul and heart, seasoned with the visceral passion of our artists, without script, without structural composition, guided by improvisation, emotion and feeling.
There is no sound system, no microphones. Our philosophy is to enjoy art in its most direct form.
Our renowned “juergas flamencas” (flamenco jam sessions) take place from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., in an intimate and improvised atmosphere that is revolutionising Madrid’s nightlife. We also offer introductory flamenco classes on weekends, available by prior reservation.

CORRAL DE LA MORERÍA

Every night, from Monday to Sunday, this tablao presents a show created for both the most discerning flamenco aficionado and those eager to discover the art form at its highest level.
Each performance features the top stars of flamenco dance, singing and guitar. Corral de la Morería completely changes its programme every week, featuring the leading figures of modern flamenco — artists who fill the most prestigious theatres around the world — but here, they can be seen up close, where the energy is truly electrifying.
In addition, as a centre for production and choreographic creation, Corral de la Morería develops original shows with today’s great flamenco artists, serving as the venue for their world premieres.
