Synopsis

Reflexiones sobre las Parcas (Reflections on the Fates) is a work in progress conceived as a collective creative force. The choreography is a collaboration between dancers Paula Comitre, Florencia Oz, and Carmen Angulo, where each one brings her individual vision to different sections of the work, creating a fluid dialogue between them.

The project delves into the symbolic power of the female triad, an ancient and universal theme that appears in various cultures and mythologies. Through the archetypes of the Triple Goddess, the Three Fates, and the Three Graces, the proposal reflects on the interconnection of life cycles, from youth to motherhood and old age, illuminating the complexities and contrasts of the female experience. It explores how these timeless figures, both luminous and somber, reside in each woman.

This proposal is not just a dance, but an awakening, where art becomes the vehicle to reveal the hidden narratives of the soul. It invites the audience to an intimate and transformative experience, where the ancient and the modern, light and darkness, the known and the unknown merge in a celebration of life.
